Well dear readers, I’m afraid I have some bad news. Due to unforeseen economic circumstances in my home life, I’m afraid I’m going to have to take a step back in the quantity (but certainly not quality) of my reviews. Games are an amazing hobby for me, but the reality is that they are an expensive one. As a result, for the near future I will be pulling back my amount of reviews to two a month. I will still be writing the occasional article (and I will still be providing coverage of the big event this weekend at my local game store) but it will definitely be less than before. I want to thank you for your continued support and ongoing readership. Hopefully, this is just a temporary situation and we’ll be back to our old level of output soon.
I want to take a moment to send out a huge thank you to my local game store, The Game Preserve. If it wasn’t for their ongoing support, I would be going on hiatus right now, rather than just cutting back. They are an amazing source of support in our community, not just for a writer like me, but for all gamers in our area. Be sure to stop by their store here in Bloomington on Saturday for their 20th Anniversary bash to let them know how important they are to our community. I will be there and if you would like to say hello, don’t hesitate.
Again, thank you all for reading my humble words. This is not a goodbye. Follow us on Twitter for all updates about our site- there definitely are some exciting things to come.
